Deliveries

All of our deliveries are handled by well-known delivery services.
We aim to ship your products within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. However, a product may be out of stock. In that case you will be informed in good time and we will deliver the product within 10 working days at the latest from receipt of your payment.

Shipping costs

When you place your order, you are shown exactly what the shipping costs are.
Our products are shipped worldwide. If your country is not included in the list of countries to which we ship, please get in touch with our customer service.
Our product prices are exclusive of shipping costs.

Tracing your shipment

As soon as we dispatch your order we will send you a shipment confirmation with a track & trace code. You can use this to track your shipping status online.

The parcel delivery service will pay you a visit the next working day (Sundays excluded) at the address provided by you to deliver the parcel.  

If your shipment is handled by DPD you will receive an email in the morning of the scheduled delivery with an indicative one-hour slot.

Payment Method

You can pay using iDEAL, bank transfer or PayPal.

Returns and defects 

Despite the great care we take in fulfilling your order, it may occur that an Item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. If this is the case, please contact the customer services department of RD Carparts within 3 working days.

Shipments without paid postage will not be accepted. To allow us to deal with your complaint quickly, please enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return.

If you have ordered your product through JD Banden you can, of course, contact us by email.

* The outside of my parcel has been damaged

We are pretty sure that you will be happy with your purchase from RD Carparts.

However, should the goods turn out to be faulty, wrong or damaged on the outside, you must notify the employee of the parcel delivery company straight away. You must not accept the parcel. Get in touch with us as quickly as possible stating the reason. We will make sure that you receive a replacement parcel without delay.

* My goods are damaged inside the packaging

If the parcel you have received was damaged during transport, you can return the product to us for exchange within 4 days.

Get in touch with us as soon as you can, stating the reason. We will provide you with a return code that you have to return with the parcel so we can respond quickly and efficiently. We will make sure that you receive a new product as soon as possible. We will reimburse your shipping costs.  

* My product is faulty

You are entitled to return a faulty product inside the warranty period.  Get in touch with us as soon as you can, stating the reason. We will provide you with a return code that you have to enclose with the parcel so we can respond quickly and efficiently.
We will make sure that you receive a new product as soon as possible of else we will reimburse the purchase amount (provided the warranty conditions are met).
Your shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

* Not satisfied with the product (distance selling)

If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it to us within 14 days. All products returned must be unused and must be in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
If this is not the case, we are unable to process your refund. Please contact us as soon as possible stating the reason. We will provide you with a return code which you must include with the package to allow us to respond quickly and efficiently. We will ensure you receive a new product as soon as possible (provided the warranty conditions are met). Your shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Guidelines for return shipments

Wrap the package carefully and return it to RD Carparts. Whenever possible retain the proof of shipment; you are responsible for the package until it arrives with us. It is the responsibility of the sender to bear the cost of shipping and to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit.  If the products fail to arrive in a decent condition, we may pass on any costs before processing the refund of the amount due. Any amount due will be paid to the rightful claimant as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt of the product.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of the return shipment. If you live outside the EU we are unfortunately unable to refund the original shipping costs when you cancel the order. You can expect a refund of the amount within 30 days of our receipt of the product. If you have not received a confirmation email please get in touch with us.
